Year 10 student Tyler Dale has just completed a six-week stint at the Major League Baseball Australian Academy at the Gold Coast. The members of the Academy received intensive coaching during the six weeks, and played games almost every day.
Tyler's performance at the Academy was good enough to earn him selection in the Australian Under-16 team. He is currently in Taichung, Taiwan, at the World Youth Baseball Championships and the competition kicks off on 15 August. If you are interested, you can keep up with the competition at
