Congratulations to Pre-Senior student, Pragadeesh Shanmugarajah, for his outstanding Vocal Arangetram performance at the George Wood Performing Arts Centre on Saturday, 10 October. Pragadeesh performed to an audience of over 1,000 people and was supported by three distinguished musicians flown from Chennai. The concert featured a complex repertoire of over 15 pieces and demonstrated Pragadeesh’s incredible vocal talent. This performance was even more praiseworthy given Pragadeesh’s young age of 14 years.
Pragadeesh has been learning music since the age of five under the watchful guidance of Guru, Smt Jayshree Ramachandran, and his stunning performance last Saturday was a testimonial to the hours of training he has completed. I thank Mr Harrop for attending this concert on behalf of the School.
